I received my Bachelor’s in Education from TCU & continued my education at Texas A&M where I gained my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.

I’ve worked in education for the past 10+ years & first started my career in teaching.  While I loved it, I quickly realized that I enjoyed the connections made with my students & wanted to help them through one of the most difficult & emotional times in their lives.

After receiving my Master’s, I began counseling at a middle school in Fort Worth. Once we got through the intense part of the pandemic I noticed an uptick in anxiety, depression, family & relationship issues, self esteem, body issues, self harm and many more areas that many people were struggling to dealing with. Life’s stressors can be incredibly difficult, but I believe with help & guidance everyone can learn to overcome obstacles while gaining skills that can last a lifetime. I use my first-hand knowledge & insights that I acquired while working in the school setting to help understand & guide my clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (#88819 in the state of Texas, supervised by Laura Wright Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor #66757), I offer counseling to support adolescents, adults, couples & families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, social, emotional or relationship issues or those that need extra support.

I would love to be the positive force for you or your family with any needs you may have. I am here to cultivate positive, lasting changes in your life so you can move forward with the skills to be happy & successful.

Individual sessions are $125 and couples/family sessions are $150.
